How To Order

Ordering Online
Placing an order online is easy, secure, and convenient. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select the "check out" feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order.

Pickup option now available!
If you live nearby or will be traveling through the St Cloud Minnesota area and wish to pick up your prepaid order at the store, choose the "In-Store Pickup" option upon check out or call in your order and we'll have it ready for you! Please indicate when you will be stopping by to pick your order up under the "Comments" section at checkout.

A $3.00 service fee will apply. Our new hours are:

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of Minnesota are charged 7.375% sales tax. Orders sent to destinations outside the state of Minnesota are exempt from sales tax.

Payment Options
CCWSupply accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and Money Orders. We are sorry we are unable to accept personal checks for mail orders.

Orders paid for by money order will be processed when payment is received. Please allow extra processing time for this option.

SHIPPING and/or PROCESSING TIMES

We apologize, we are not able to ship outside the US at this time.

We will ship to US Territories however additional shipping will apply.

We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items to similar in stock items unless customer requests "No Substitutions Please" in the special instructions box upon checkout.

Our estimated time of delivery for all in-stock orders is 3-10 business days from the date of order. Orders that qualify for UPS shipping, will ship on Wednesdays and Fridays. All other orders will be shipped USPS Priority Wednesday through Saturday. CCWS will determine best shipping option. ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED ON DAYS WE ARE CLOSED. We are processing orders the day they are placed unless we are closed. Expedited shipping is available for call-in orders only. Please call us for rates and availability. 1-800-850-9171

We do NOT ship to APO addresses.

All orders over 20 pounds may incur an additional shipping charge. A representative will contact the customer with that amount prior to shipping.

Some items will require additional shipping upon ordering, listed under each items' description and will be added prior to shipping.

Changes or Cancellations

You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Please notify us by PHONE at 1-800-850-9171 if you wish to change or cancel an order.

Returns and Exchanges
We are confident you will be happy with our products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the quality or condition of your order please call us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will do everything reasonably possible to rectify the problem.

If you should need to return an item please call us at 320-259-9230 or 1-800-850-9171 within 5 days of receiving your order for prior authorization. Returns are only accepted on unopened or nonperishable items. We are unable to accept returns on cake stands, candy molds, edible items, books or cake toppers.

Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and customer is responsible for shipping on returned items. Customer is also responsible for properly packaging items for reshipping to ensure against damage.

Seasonal items can not be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned items deemed unsellable by our management.
